Take positive steps to control your life
Can Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy help me?
Therapy can help you see your current situation in new light, depth and clarity. It can change old or unhelpful perspectives or feelings about yourself, and help you to make positive changes. It just might be the most important journey you will ever make.
Anxiety & Stress Management
Stress and Anxiety can be completely debilitating. Symptoms may range from Panic Attacks to Migraines and physical problems such as IBS. Anxiety hangs around for the long haul, and can cause significant impairment in social, occupational, and other important areas of your life.
Hypnotherapy uses clinically proven methods to help you to reduce stress and anxiety and put you back in control. CBT and Psychotherapy help you to understand what is going on and why. Using a blend of these therapies, you can change your thinking and the way that you deal with life’s events.
Depression & Low Mood
Almost anyone can become depressed at some point in their life. Symptoms of feeling low, lack of self worth, tiredness, lethargy, procrastination, change in sleep pattern, feeling of pointlessness or life not worth living. Without treatment depression can become your de-facto state and overshadow every area of your life.
Therapy can help you to develop ways of coping better and overcoming issues that are holding you back. Therapy can help you find your personal strengths, and identify what is really meaningful to you in life, moving towards the kind of life you would like to live.
Coping with Phobias & Fears
Fears and phobias can significantly limit your enjoyment of life, but they are seldom resolved by addressing the fear directly. Behavioural therapies help you to change the way you think and therefore change the way you act.
Teenagers & Young Adults
Anxiety is challenging for anyone, but for teenagers and young adults anxiety can become the over-riding emotion and cripples their ability to think or function properly. Read more..
